The Long Branch Planning and Zoning Office is a division of the City's Department of Building and Development. The office issues Zoning Permits for all use activities and most construction projects within the City as well as being the liaison to the City's Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. The Planning and Zoning Office is constantly working on maintaining and revising the City's Master Plan, Zoning Map, and Zoning Ordinance and is instrumental in the Redevelopment program.
The Planning and Zoning Office is located on the second floor of the Annex Building which is located behind City Hall, 344 Broadway
