Summer Youth Internship Program
Applications For The 2022 Summer Youth Internship Program Are Now Closed.
The City of Long Branch announces the Summer Youth Internship Program. The program allows for residents of Long Branch between the ages of 14 - 18 and currently enrolled in an education program (Public or Private School, or a G.E.D Program) to obtain hands-on experience in local government, through a paid internship with the City. The program will allow for students to explore opportunities in local government through various offices including: Long Branch Police Department, Long Branch Fire Department, the Recreation Department, Department of Public Works, Arts and Cultural Center, Office of Community and Economic Development, Department of Special Events, and the Senior Center.
Individuals should meet the following criteria:
- Resident of Long BranchInterested parties should pick up a Summer Youth Internship Program application at Long Branch City Hall, located at 344 Broadway Long Branch, NJ 07740 or visit www.longbranch.org/SYIP. Applications will be from Monday, March 21, 2022 - Friday, April 29, 2022.
