Long Branch Recreation is turning up the heat this summer with a series of Fun Days happening across the city! From Juneteenth celebrations to neighborhood park parties, the lineup is packed with games, food, music, and good vibes for the whole family.
The summer fun kicks off on June 18 with Juneteenth at Bucky James Community Center from 5–8 PM, featuring music, food, and family-friendly festivities celebrating freedom, culture, and community.
But the party doesn’t stop there! Mark your calendars for these upcoming Fun Days happening all over Long Branch:
July 16 Pool Fun Day at the Long Branch Community Pool – 5–8 PM; Cool off and dive into games, snacks, and splash-tastic surprises for all ages.
July 30 Branchport Fun Day at Branchport Park – 3–6 PM; Enjoy lawn games, local eats, music, and neighborly cheer in the heart of the park.
August 9 TJ Classic at Jerry Morgan Park – Starting at 9 AM; Hit the courts for this exciting community basketball tradition—bring your A-game!
August 27 Van Court Fun Day at Van Court Park – 1–4 PM; Bounce houses, games, and plenty of summertime snacks await at this family favorite event.
