PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING DOGS AT BEACHFRONT
The Long Branch Department of Public Safety wants to advise residents and visitors that, effective immediately, there will be a zero-tolerance policy for violation of the no dog policy at the beachfront. This means that SUMMONSES WILL BE ISSUED to those not adhering to the ordinance.
Please remember:
Dogs are PROHIBITTED on ALL beaches May 1 – September 30
Dogs are NEVER permitted on the boardwalk or promenade
